Delete your AURA account
If you can open AURA (the app, or the mini-app in Telegram via @auraluxurybot), the fastest way is Settings → Delete account. It signs every device out and deletes the account straight away.
If you cannot open AURA, send this request. Give at least one of the three identifiers below. We delete the matching account within 30 days.
Request received. If an AURA account matches, it will be deleted within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photos, posts, stories, comments and highlights.
- Your chat messages, and your place in every conversation.
- Your login details: e-mail, phone number, password and the Google, Apple or Telegram link.
- Your sessions on every device.
What may be kept
- Records we are required by law to keep, such as completed purchases, for the period the law requires.
- Encrypted backups made before the deletion, until they are replaced; they are never used to bring a deleted account back.
