Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Aura for the AURA apps and joinauranow.com. By creating an account or using Aura you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Aura.
Who can use Aura
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, and legally able to enter into this agreement. One person, one account, with accurate information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. To operate the service you grant Aura a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting and display, and distribute your content — but only for running and promoting Aura, and only for as long as you keep it on the service plus a short period for backups. Delete your content and that licence ends.
You confirm that you have the rights to what you post and that it does not infringe anyone else's.
Rules of conduct
Do not post, send, stream or promote anything that:
- is sexual content involving minors, or sexualises a minor in any way;
- is non-consensual sexual content, or intimate imagery shared without consent;
- threatens, harasses, bullies, stalks or incites violence against anyone;
- promotes hatred against people for who they are;
- is illegal, or promotes illegal goods, drugs, weapons or fraud;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity;
- is spam, a scam, a pyramid or financial scheme, or an attempt to move users off-platform to defraud them;
- infringes copyright, trademark or another person's rights;
- contains malware, or attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
Do not use bots or automation to inflate followers, gifts, views or rankings, and do not buy or sell accounts.
Moderation and reporting
You can report any profile, post, comment, message or live session from inside the app, and you can block any account. We review reports and may remove content, limit a feature, suspend an account or terminate it — with notice where we reasonably can, and immediately where there is a risk of harm. Serious matters, including any content involving a minor, are escalated and may be referred to the authorities.
If you think we got a decision wrong, write to support@joinauranow.com.
AURA, gifts and your wallet
AURA is the unit your wallet counts in, and one AURA is recorded at a value of one US dollar. You add AURA by depositing cryptocurrency, and you spend it on gifts, the shop and Premium.
A gift you receive is yours. Keep it on your profile, or sell it back from your wallet: selling back credits 60% of the gift's value to your balance, and the remaining 40% is our commission. Both figures are shown before you confirm, so what you will receive is never a surprise.
You can withdraw your balance to a cryptocurrency address you provide, as long as the balance covers the amount. Withdrawals are available on the web and in Telegram.
AURA you have already spent is not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. We may change gift prices; AURA you already hold is not revalued by a price change. Using gifts to move someone else's money, to launder funds, or to pay for anything outside Aura is not allowed, and costs you both the balance and the account. If your account is terminated for breaking these terms, any remaining balance is forfeited. Deleting your account destroys any balance it holds, so spend or withdraw it first — this cannot be reversed.
Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by them. Purchases made on the website are processed by us.
Premium is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel through the store you bought it from — cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the benefits until the end of the period you already paid for.
Availability
We work to keep Aura running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue a feature you have paid for, we will provide a reasonable remedy.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and removes your profile, posts and stories. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the law, or where necessary to protect other people.
Disclaimers and liability
Aura is provided "as is". Other users' content is theirs, not ours, and we do not endorse it. To the fullest extent the law allows, Aura is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Aura after that means you accept the change.
Where these terms apply
Aura is operated from Germany and its servers are in Germany. These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in continue to apply to you.
